Old Business:
FNRA grant money updates:
Clint reported Ben has a building permit for the IPSC Fountation/Building and has ordered the bolts and arch connector brackets. The erection of the building will need to be volunteers, as the project is over budget. Rick suggested offering Ben the remaining money in the budget to "supervise" but will have to see what the balance of the budget is. The earthwork will start the 1st to middle of July with the foundation. Bill or Gary will complete the earth work. Rick would like Clint to complete a very detailed report to keep in the filing cabinet for future references.
The application is completed for the septic system. Clint will meet with Richard Stenson next week and will need the permit fee. GSA will have to complete the land use change process again - with the 15 day posting on the gate, certified letter to surrounding land owners, etc.
Rick reported Joe is starting the steps from the rifle house down to the restrooms. He also stated the concrete pour for the DOW grant for the 100 yd to the 200 yd rifle range walk will start soon.
The FNRA Banquet had a good turnout of 250 people. The total take after the post raffle sales will be $30,000.
Women on target is set for August 28, 2010 with the training on pistols. The 50th Anniv. Party is August 14, 2010.
Don reported the clay birds cost $5382.40 but all this will come back to the treasury. Most of the tan 50th Anniv hats are sold. The orange hats are still available. Site in days will help sell them. Don has also received the debt card.
Roger Johnson will attend a meeting and discuss the concealed carry classes.
New Business:
Don will contact Schmaltz as the toilets need pumped.
Don also stated the fans in the indoor pistol range need a timer - as he found them left on again.
Tom Holler from Signal Peak contacted Steve - he has "tires" at his place of business and was wondering if GSA would want them to bury in the berms. Nate has used some in berms. It was decided that if Tom would haul the tires out to GSA, then we would take them...BUT this is a ONE TIME ONLY. Nate does not want tires hauled out and just dumped. Also some of the old wood and stuff laying around needs to be burned or disposed of.
The meeting was adjourned.
